ORDER THE LARGE BOX: If you have the Air Plant Shelf + Pot or the Large V-Hanger in your space.

ORDER THE SMALL BOX: If you have the Small V-Hanger in your space.

Seasonal Air Plant Subscription Box Ship Dates:

• Spring Box = March 11
• Summer Box = July 8
• Autumn Box = November 11

When you sign up for an air plant subscription, you can expect your box to ship on the next available shipment date.

Example: You purchase a Seasonal Air Plant Subscription on February 15 the first box you will receive is the Spring Box shipped on March 11.

Seasonal Air Plant Subscription Box Charge Dates:

• Spring Box = March 8
• Summer Box = July 5
• Autumn Box = November 8

You will be charged once your first box ships and then automatically for every subsequent shipment (a total of 3 charges per year) until you decide to cancel your subscription.

We guarantee the health of our air plants for up to 30-days after your Seasonal Air Plant Subscription box arrives.

Email orders@braidandwood.com should you have any issues with the quality or health of your plants. Please include a photo.

Replacements will be sent for any health or quality issues, no questions asked!

You can cancel your Air Plant Subscription at any time!

Refunds & returns are not available for Seasonal Air Plant Subscription Boxes.

We cannot refund Air Plant Subscription Boxes that have already been shipped and are en-route to the customer. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 5 days before the ship date.
