I added air plants to my order & didn't get them, what do I do?
Air plants are shipped to you directly from our grower so they will be arriving in a separate shipment.
You should have received a "Shipment Update" email with an additional tracking number.
If your air plants don't arrive a few days after your product(s), send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help!
When Will your out of stock items be back in stock?
So glad you asked but first be sure to subscribe to our email list so you'll be one of THE FIRST to know when your fav items will be available again.
We will have more V-Hangers (large & small) in our Classic Shimmer and Mixed Metal colors available by mid-February (very limited quantities).
We hope to be fully re-stocked on all items by the end of May with pre-orders starting at the end of March.
