The return process for Braid & Wood products must be initiated within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Please Read Our Return & Exchange Guidelines Carefully Before Making A Return

  • You, the customer, will be responsible for mailing the product back to Braid & Wood Design Studio.
  • If returns coverage was purchased at the time of checkout, return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Products MUST be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Please ensure EACH product is packed and protected carefully in its original packaging.
  • Do not combine multiple products in one box or package, each product needs to be returned in its original package or branded product box.
  • If the product arrives back to our fulfillment center and is not in its original packaging we will be unable to process your return.
  • Once your returned product is received by Braid & Wood Design Studio, your original form of payment will be refunded.
  • The original cost of shipping the item to you will not be refunded.
  • Your refund should appear within 5 to 7 business days to your original form of payment

Air Plant Purchases

Braid & Wood offers a 21-day health guarantee on any order that includes air plants. Should you have any issues with the quality or health of your air plant(s), please email orders@braidandwood.com and include a photo.

Air plants are final sale & non-refundable.

Air Plant Subscription Cancellation Policy 

Cancel anytime — no minimum commitment, no hoops. Manage your subscription right from your account, or email us at orders@braidandwood.com and we’ll take care of it.

How Cancellation Timing Works

Because we prepare and charge each box 48 hours before it ships, timing is simple:

  • Cancel more than 48 hours before your next shipment, and you won’t be charged for it. Your subscription ends with the box you’ve already received.
  • Cancel within 48 hours of your next shipment, and that box is already on its way — it’ll still ship to you. It’s simply your last one. You won’t be charged for, or receive, any box after it.

A Note On Refunds

Like all our air plants, subscription boxes are final sale and non-refundable once shipped. Their health is fully covered by our 21-Day Air Plant Health Guarantee — see the Health Guarantee section above for details.
