Your subscription runs on your own schedule, starting the day you sign up. There are no fixed calendar dates to track — your dates are yours alone.
- At sign up — you’re charged for your first box right away, and it ships immediately to get your subscription started.
- Every four months after — a fresh box ships automatically, on the timeline that began the day you joined.
- 48 hours before each shipment — we charge your card, so you’ll always know a box is on its way. No surprises.
Because everything is tied to your individual signup date, you’ll always know roughly when to expect your next refresh.

The 21-Day Air Plant Health Guarantee
We stand behind every plant that leaves our studio. If yours arrives looking less than its best within the first 21 days, we’ll replace it — quickly and without friction.
Here’s how:
- Email orders@braidandwood.com with a quick photo of the plant.
- Replacements ship within 3 business days.
- That’s it.
Refunds & Cancellations
Flexible by design.
Cancel anytime — no minimum commitment, no hoops. Manage your subscription right from your account, or email us at orders@braidandwood.com and we’ll take care of it.
How Cancellation Timing Works
Because we prepare and charge each box 48 hours before it ships, timing is simple:
- Cancel more than 48 hours before your next shipment, and you won’t be charged for it. Your subscription ends with the box you’ve already received.
- Cancel within 48 hours of your next shipment, and that box is already on its way — it’ll still ship to you. It’s simply your last one. You won’t be charged for, or receive, any box after it.
A Note On Refunds
Like all our air plants, subscription boxes are final sale and non-refundable once shipped. Their health is fully covered by our 21-Day Air Plant Health Guarantee — see the Health Guarantee section above for details.

When will I be charged, and when does my next box ship?
You’re charged for your first box the moment you subscribe, and it ships immediately to get you started. After that, a fresh box ships every four months, on the schedule that began the day you signed up. We charge your card 48 hours before each shipment, so you’ll always have a heads-up that a box is on its way.
I want to switch my box size. How do I do that?
Just email us at orders@braidandwood.com and we’ll update your subscription before your next shipment — no need to cancel and start over.
Will I get the same plants every time?
Yes. We’ve hand-selected the air plants in each box for their form and easy care, and you’ll receive the same beautiful plants with every shipment — no seasonal swaps, just the varieties we know look stunning in your Braid & Wood pieces.
Do I have to subscribe if I want fresh air plants for my V-Hangers or Air Plant Shelves?
You have two ways to do it.
You can grab a one-time set of three air plants from our air plant listing whenever you need them.
But if you've found yourself back here restocking, the Air Plant Subscription Box is the easier (and better-priced) fix: three fresh, hand-selected plants arrive every four months, automatically, shipping included.
So, your V-Hangers and Plant Shelves always have something lush to hold, and you never have to remember to reorder.
